Launched and managed two graphic novel imprints. Forged relationships with industry talent, facilitated the editorial traffic flow, consulted with creators, and managed each title as an individual project.

  • Managed publishing imprint of 10 monthly titles, all of which shipped on time.
  • Outlined page rates for freelancers, which resulted in overall savings of 14% for art and editorial.
  • Negotiated contracts for creator-owned projects that garnered the company 75% ownership of properties and opened up potential new revenue stream.
